Address Request Form

To receive a new address for property within St. Clair County, please fill in the appropriate information. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for each address requested. The fee can be made via check or money order, payable to St. Clair County ETSB and remitted to St. Clair County ETSB ATTN: Addressing 101 S. 1st Street, Belleville, IL. It may take up to fifteen (15) working days for an address to be assigned. You will be notified by mail of the new address
