Statistics reflect the following changes in 2016:
- Centreville and Cahokia PSAPs were closed on 9/26/16 as part of state-mandated consolidation. These calls are now answered by St. Clair County CENCOM.
- Fairview Heights PSAP was closed 12/15/16 as part of state-mandated consolidation. These calls are now answered by the O’Fallon PSAP
- Call data for these PSAPs represents calls answered at those locations prior to the consolidation dates listed above. Call data for the consolidated centers includes calls post-consolidation.
